[What I did]

Project Info
Mondour is a design and technology studio I co-founded. The offer is a single partner for brand, product, and the websites that carry them — from a first identity through a launch that can be operated.
I own the engineering and creative direction: the public site at mondour.com, the systems behind client work, and the decisions that keep a brief from splitting into a design file and a separate build.

Overview
2026
Mondour is a design and technology studio I co-founded. The offer is a single partner for brand, product, and the websites that carry them — from a first identity through a launch that can be operated.
I own the engineering and creative direction: the public site at mondour.com, the systems behind client work, and the decisions that keep a brief from splitting into a design file and a separate build.
The Process
The studio needed a public surface that stated the offer clearly: strategy, design, and technology as one path. I designed and built mondour.com around that — process, featured work, pricing, and a direct request for an engagement.
Client work follows the same split. Discovery and brand decisions come first. Interfaces and engineering follow the same model, so a product like Cellversity or Argon does not receive a visual identity that the implementation cannot support.
As co-founder I also hold the product decisions that keep the studio disciplined: which engagements to take, what must be true at launch, and which shortcuts would cost more once the work is live.
The Outcome
Mondour is live at mondour.com. Founders can see the offer, the process, and selected work, then start an engagement from the same site.
The studio has a delivery model that keeps brand, product, and engineering on one path — and a public site that can present that work as it grows.
